Rolezeiros is operated by its developer, an individual in Brazil, to help plan group trips and organize itineraries and expenses. Contact: help@rolezeiros.app.
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and use an account you are entitled to access. Protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. Features and purchases vary by version, store and country.
Your content and permitted use
You keep your rights to uploaded content and authorize processing needed to store, process and display it for requested features, including to authorized participants. Share only data and contacts you may legitimately provide. This is not an unrestricted license to sell personal data.
Do not use the service for harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, child sexual abuse, non-consensual sexual content, pornography, fraud, spam, rights violations or illegal activities. Do not disclose private data without justification, repeatedly send unwanted invitations or bypass access controls. These rules also apply to private groups.
Send reports and minimal references to help@rolezeiros.app. We may restrict content or access when necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or comply with law, considering severity and affected rights. You may request review through the same channel. In emergencies, contact local authorities; this is not an emergency service.
Itineraries, AI and expenses
Travel and AI suggestions may be wrong. Check prices, opening hours, reservations, safety, accessibility and entry requirements with responsible sources. An itinerary is not a booking or an availability guarantee.
Rolezeiros records and splits expenses; it does not transfer or hold money or automatically settle disputes. Participants must check entries and arrange payments. AI authorization is separate from acceptance of these terms.
Credits and purchases
Creating trips, inviting participants, recording and splitting expenses, using dashboards, building or editing itineraries manually and using existing itineraries is free. Trip management and publishing drafts or templates remain subject to user permissions.
AI generation and regeneration of a full itinerary or one activity use credits. The cost, current rule and balance appear before confirmation. A changed cost requires a new confirmation. The confirmed cost does not increase retroactively based on tokens used.
Packs are purchased in the iOS or Android app according to store availability. Localized price, quantity and conditions appear before purchase. Packs do not renew automatically. Purchased credits do not expire, belong to the authenticated account and cannot be withdrawn or used to pay or split expenses. The person confirming generation uses their own balance; the group accesses the result according to permissions.
Credits are reserved when generation starts and consumed only after a valid result is delivered. A definitive failure releases the reservation; release is not a monetary purchase refund. Viewing, editing and sharing a delivered itinerary remains free, even without a balance. A new AI generation requires separate cost confirmation.
The billing store handles payments and refunds without limiting mandatory legal rights. A purchase refund reverses credits from that transaction. If already used, the balance may become negative; future purchases offset that deficit. There is no additional automatic charge. Only new generations without sufficient balance are prevented; free features and delivered itineraries remain available.
Use the same login to recover the server balance on another device or the web; credit purchases take place in the mobile app. Store restoration does not recreate spent credits. Canceled or pending purchases do not grant credits in advance; a charged purchase still awaiting confirmation should be synced without repeating payment as a recovery attempt.
Closure and privacy
Request deletion under Profile → Account and personal data or at help@rolezeiros.app. The Privacy policy explains stages and limits for shared records, providers and billing. Deletion does not remove copies made by other participants.
We may suspend or close access that violates these terms or law, with information and review where appropriate. Service changes or interruptions remain subject to applicable legal duties.
Legal rights and changes
Nothing here excludes warranties, liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The service may experience interruptions and does not guarantee travel outcomes or third-party content. Liability is determined by applicable law.
Applicable laws and competent courts are determined by the rules governing your circumstances; these terms do not remove mandatory protections in your country. Contact help@rolezeiros.app for questions or dispute resolution. Changes will be dated and communicated where required. Translations aim to preserve the same substance without limiting local rights.
